疗伤方法:如果你真的不记得对方是哪个公司的,你可以先不着急询问,而是先听HR慢慢询问,再唤起记忆。
禁忌二:你们能给我多少薪水?

有人认为,面试的时候,最好把薪水这件事情说说清楚,如果大家期望值不匹配,那也省得彼此再多浪费时间。但是,电面的情况有点特殊,首先你们互相都没有见到对方,了解不够直观,其次,电话里交谈的内容通常都是一些基础问题,不会过于深入,因此,在这种状况下,贸贸然就谈到薪酬,多少有点不妥。
疗伤方法:如果你真的非常想了解薪水状况,那可以曲线救国,在描述你之前的工作时,看似无意间捎带出你之前的薪水状况,然后表示,你的跳槽也是希望薪资上能有所提高。

你们公司的谁谁怎么样了?他还在公司吗?等等诸如此类的问题,也被无忧论坛上的HR们所诟病。如果你打探的人是某个领导,那多心的HR甚至会认为你这是在向他示威,暗示他你是某个领导的熟人。记住,职场向来忌谈八卦。
