  有的求职者认为现在很多简介都写的又臭又长,所以在设计自己的个人简历时选择言简意赅,除了自我介绍和工作目标,其他都选择不写。以为这样可以让考官认为自己做事干净利索,突出自己的办事能力。其实考官并不会想那么多,他只会觉得你没有工作经历而且能力很少,直接将你PASS了。

  有的求职者喜欢简洁的就会有求职者追求奢华的,他们认为求职者如何在个人简历中吸引对方眼球,只有突出文采才是重点。其实这种观点也是错误的,奢华精彩的长篇大作可能让考官找不到重点从而没有太大的耐心,没有了耐心你的个人简历还有什么作用么?有的求职者为了突出自己的某一优点,会在个人简历中不断的提起这个优点。其实这个优点出现2—3次就足以让考官记住了。如果选择不断的重复这一点会让考官觉得你没有别的话可以讲了,所以才在不停的重复一个内容,过凸显只会让考官忘掉你其他的能力。
