第一步:准备面试问题
招聘人员在与候选人面试前,应根据候选人简历及目标岗位任职要求,初步设计面试问题及发问顺序,面试问题的排序应尽量自易而难。
第二步:建立面试氛围
招聘人员花费2~3分钟的时间与候选人简单地打个招呼并进行互相介绍,并以一般性的社交话题进行交谈,例如“过来路上顺利吗?”,“今天天气很好,是吗?”,帮助候选人调节状态,营造和谐、友善的面试气氛。
第三步:检核候选人简历疑点
招聘人员会运用3~5分钟对候选人简历中的疑点(如履历断档,内容不符合逻辑等)进行发问,修正简历中的信息。
如在沟通过程中发现候选人实际经历与简历描述有较大偏差,则需要招聘人员请候选人介绍其过往工作经历。此时需要根据候选人简历修正的情况,酌情调整后续面试问题。
第四步:核心维度访谈
在完成上述两个环节的沟通后,招聘人员通过20~30分钟的访谈(具体时长根据面试职位高低适当调整,通常职位越高访谈时间越长),来探查候选人的求职意愿、一般能力及其他必备能力、性格特征、经验匹配度等。
第五步:结束
招聘人员将对金网络公司(分公司情况为主,公司整体情况为辅)、候选人应聘职位的具体情况进行介绍,询问需要候选人有哪些问题并作答。
最后,向候选人简单介绍下一步安排,向候选人致谢,结束面试。
