个人简历是自己写的，个人优势也带有很大的主观性，如果写的太多会让人反感，也会显得很空洞。因此写个人优势的时候，一定要简明扼要。还要记住个人优势也不要添加修辞，用事实说话就可以。个人优势一定是要让对方能看出来的优势，而不是你说哪里有优势就是真的有优势了。
