应聘登记表中,一般有“薪水期望值”一栏。这一栏究竟如何填,困扰着不少应聘者。不少应聘者都有这样的苦恼。在填写“薪水期望值”这一栏时,先填了“2000”元以上,犹豫片刻后又改写成了“1500”元以上。无疑,他们的担心只有一个:薪水期望值填高了,连面试的机会都没有了。不论谋职者本人对胜任职位是否自信,每次填薪水期望值时,心里总有些发怵。有人以为薪水期望值越高,说明自己的工作能力越强,但又怕用人单位嫌自己“志大才疏”而落聘;填低了则担心被认为胸无大志。总之,“薪水期望值”填多填少总是一个两难的选择。
1 三资企业期望薪水怎么谈
到外企求职最犯愁的是,在被问到“目前薪资”和“期望薪资”时,该怎么回答。
若是实在无法回避这两个问题,那你应该表现得既老实,又要有策略。老实告诉对方你目前的薪资水平,但在说出你的“目前薪酬”时,不要直接说你的货币报酬“2000元”、“3000元”,你得告诉对方,“我目前的工资构成是这样的:基本工资是2000元,房贴是500元,车贴是400元,话费补贴300元,每年有一次海外休假的机会……”这样才不会发生新老板看似给了你更高的月薪,但综合算下来,还是吃亏之类的事。也不要怕说出自己目前的薪资后,新老板会据此压低你的工资。事实上,只要一家公司考虑用你,他们一定会给你一份合理的薪水。千万不要以为在外企里个个都是能挣大钱的,一样是外企,因为性质不同,工资又分三六九等,如果你找工作的第一要义就是高薪,那你可要看准了。
三资企业里,又分厂矿型的合资企业、外国公司的办事处和外商独资的生产型企业3种。如果拿大学毕业生的起点工资作比较的话,其中:厂矿企业的工资水平偏低,在1700元到2500元之间;办事处性质的公司起薪最高,在2000元以上,但最多不会超过3500元;居中的是生产型企业,介于2000元到2200之间,最高不会超过2500元。
当然,考上“管理培训生”项目的除外。这是为培养公司的管理人员而设的,像P&G、英美烟草、可口可乐和微软等公司都有这类项目,非常难考,但起薪非常诱人,本科生的起薪一般在3500元到7000元,还不包括2年的海外培训等。不过,这种岗位的风险也非常大,麦肯锡公司这类职位的起薪是1000美元,但淘汰率是60%,被淘汰的人,绝对不可能得到换一个岗位的机会,而是直接出局。
2 国内企业期望薪水怎么谈
国内用人单位要求填写“薪水期望值”,主要想考察应聘者对某个行业中某个职位的认知程度。人事经理常会问应聘者“假如低于期望值可以考虑吗”,应聘者最好回答“可以考虑”,因为招聘方此时考察的往往是应聘者对公司和职位的态度。实际上,并非应聘者降低“薪水期望值”,实际薪水就会降低。正常情况下,正规的用人单位都会按自身的薪酬体系发放薪水,当应聘者成功求职进入企业后,企业就会按照你的岗位和职级等给你制定相应的薪酬。若应聘普通职位或自身竞争优势较弱,可以将期望值填得比行业内薪水的平均水平略低些,这样还是比较稳妥的选择。
3 海归期望薪水怎么谈
“海归”又分两种,一种是“学归”,另一种是有过工作经验的。公司对这些人的工资水平也会区别对待:一种是和本地员工拿一样的薪水;另一种是作为“外派人员”处理。一些有过工作经验的“海归”,和本地员工拿一样的薪水似乎有点委屈他们,用“外派人员”的标准来衡量又够不上,于是很多公司实行“打包工资”,什么“子女教育费”、“海外医疗费”,统统算在年薪里,给一个总数。“海归”求职尽量避免尴尬的境地,如果公司给出的货币薪酬很难有比较大的弹性,达到你满意的程度,不妨在总数上下下工夫。例如,英特尔公司曾有过很多“外派员工”,但3年之后,他们都被转成“打包工资”。虽然少了很大一块福利,但还是有很多人留下了。新回来的“海归”要积极调整心态,你现在拿到的高薪可能是镀金使你的身价提升,但以后工资的涨幅完全要靠你在未来工作中的贡献了。
面试中最难的一关——谈薪水,漫天要价固然不可取,过分“谦虚”也并非上策,要知道这是你为自己争取利益的最好机会。
